Muesli with fruits and yoghurt


To reproduce this meal you will need:

– about 100 gr. of muesli (I used an apple-cinnamon mix from Seitenbacher) – try to settle for a one that doesn’t contain that much sugar (chocolate mixture) but definitely more protein and fiber (grains and nuts mixture)

– 60 gr. of frozen raspberries

– one pear

– 150 gr. of yoghurt (3.5% fat)

(total of calories: about 650 kcal – depending on the muesli mixture type)
